Jeff Foat (right) shot the biggest buck of his hunting career the second morning of gun deer season. Thick fog gave the deer the advantage for much of the morning but a 12 pointer stepped into a gap in the fog and Foat got him about 50 yards. Two days later his father got this biggest buck of his life. While it was only a 10-pointer, it was a much bigger buck than Foat’s 12-poiner. The family owns land near Highway 83 and O and that is where these bucks were bagged.
